Geoform LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in New York and Toronto. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on our website, geoform.co (the “Website”), and when you get in touch with us.

We collect as little as possible. The Website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, no analytics, and sets no cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The Website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical data described above in order to deliver pages to you. The Website’s typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. These providers receive only the limited data necessary to provide their service, and their use of it is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business records.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
